Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 5 at the lakeshore and southern Marquette county and 12
inches in the higher terrain. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph near
the lakeshore.
* WHERE...Marquette County.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.
