Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 2 in southern portions of the counties and 8 inches in the
northern portions. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Delta and Iron Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST /1 PM EST/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.
