Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow accumulations up to 10 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
central Michigan.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile at times due to
falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening
commutes.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
