Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 16
inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Antrim, Charlevoix, and Kalkaska Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible beginning
late this afternoon. High accumulations of snow on roadways and
quick drops in visibility will result in hazardous to even
dangerous travel conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact
commutes through Friday morning.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
