* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Thursday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts to 40 mph will lead to blowing
snow and possible near-blizzard conditions at times.
