Description:
* WHAT...For the first Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional
snow accumulations up to two inches ending this morning. Winds
gusting as high as 60 mph. For the second Winter Storm Warning,
heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 24
inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass.
* WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 6 AM MST early
this morning. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 11 AM this
morning to 11 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Snow and ice covered roads will make travel hazardous,
with the possibility of very difficult or impossible travel.
