Description:
* WHAT...Light snow will continue off and on this morning, then
increases this afternoon becoming heavy as the next storm reaches
the area. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 16 inches with
locally higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 11 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
mile due to falling and blowing snow Friday evening into Saturday
morning. Travel could be very difficult.
Instruction:
