* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow and blowing snow.
Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible,
with potential for some sleet. Total snow and sleet accumulations
between 6 and 10 inches possible.
* WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West
Virginia, Western Mineral County.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday evening through
late Monday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
this morning could bring down tree branches.
