* WHAT...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow.
Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. For the
Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...McKean County.
* WHEN...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, until 7 PM EST this
evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon
through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult both today and again
Wednesday afternoon into early Friday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts into the 30s will create blowing
and drifting snow and very poor visibility Wednesday night and
Thursday.
