Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
5 inches between 2000 and 3000 feet, and 4 to 7 inchces above 3000
feet, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds could gust as
high as 50 mph. Visibility less than a quarter of a mile.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could
cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. Blowing snow
could cause whiteout conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow and lowest visibility are
most likely early Thursday morning, and may impact the Thursday
morning commute. Blowing snow may continue to reduce visibility
through Thursday afternoon even after accumulating snow tapers
off. Wind chills will drop below zero on the highest ridges
Thursday and Thursday night.

cautious on hills or when making turns. Make sure your car is
winterized and in good working order.
