* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County. * WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to midnight EST Friday Night. Snow will begin early Friday morning, before picking up in intensity late morning into Friday afternoon. Snow will continue into Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions on I-68 and US-40 west of La Vale, MD as well as US-50 west of New Creek, WV. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
