Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, and
northern Maryland.
* WHEN...From 1 PM to 7 PM EST Friday. A band of snow showers will
traverse the region Friday afternoon into the evening. Most areas
will only see an hour or two of snowfall.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Where heavier bursts of snow, this could
overcome warmer road temperatures and potentially result in some
slushy accumulation on untreated paved surfaces.
