* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwestern South Dakota.

/noon CST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values will be as low as 10 below
zero Saturday through Sunday morning.
