* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Southeast winds 40 to 55 mph.
Visibility one half mile at times. Wind chill to 55 below.
* WHERE...Delta Junction.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5
minutes.
