to 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Barber, Comanche, Clark, Meade, and Seward Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight Saturday Night to 6 PM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
