Description:
* WHAT...Wet snow and black ice expected. Likelihood of minor
impacts from snow is greater than 60 percent. Likelihood of
moderate impacts from black ice is 50 percent. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 2 inches, except up to 3 inches in Weippe.
* WHERE...Greer Grade, Grangeville and vicinity, Whitebird Hill, and
Camas Prairie.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...For MODERATE impacts from snow, expect disruptions to
normal activities. Hazardous traveling conditions. Use extra
caution while driving. Closures and disruptions to infrastructure
may occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will bring a brief period of
gusty northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph. With falling temperatures
towards freezing or below, black ice may form.
