with locally higher totals up to 12 inches along the Manti
Skyline. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Central Mountains and Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times.
