* WHAT...Snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and
4 inches. Areas of blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Carter, Fallon, and Powder River.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Amounts will be heaviest in Powder River
County and higher elevations of Fallon and Carter Counties.
