inches. The higher totals are expected in southern portions of
each county.
* WHERE...In Illinois, Henderson and Warren Counties. In Iowa, Des
Moines and Henry IA Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
