* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Snow accumulations up to two
inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze to around a tenth of
an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. A flash freeze is
possible this evening into tonight as temperatures fall rapidly.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
