* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations from a Trace to one
inch with localized areas of 1 to 3 inches east of a line from
Curtis, North Platte to Arnold and Burwell. Winds gusting as high
as 30 mph that may create blowing snow.
* WHERE...across western and north central Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads will be slick and hazardous with frigid wind
chills if caught outdoors.
