Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Kansas and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
Instruction: 
Slow down and use caution while traveling. For road conditions in Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado call 511. Do not use GPS for alternate routes or go around barricades. Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve. If you must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes will keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia. Gloves, a scarf, and a hat will keep you from losing your body heat. A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities, turn off cruise control and use extra caution while driving. Persons traveling on Interstate 70 will experience travel delays and hazardous driving conditions. Use extreme caution if you must travel.
