* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Beaver County. In Texas, Lipscomb and
Ochiltree Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Wind driven snow is
possible.
