Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations up to two
inches and ice accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of
an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions may
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
