...OCCASIONAL SNOW TOWARD THE MISSOURI BORDER INTO THIS EVENING...
.The primary area of concern for heavier snow has shifted into
Missouri, however intermittent snow is still anticipated into this
evening across far southern Iowa along the Missouri border. Periods
of moderate snow and low visibilities in brisk north winds may still
lead to hazardous travel conditions at times.
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph producing minor blowing snow.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southeast, and southwest Iowa.
* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
