* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch and ice accumulations of around a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...McCreary, Wayne, Whitley, Bell, and Knox Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
