Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches with
some locations near the I-80 summit near 6 inches.
* WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate
80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, and Central Laramie County.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
Instruction:
Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
