* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around one
tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...The upper French Broad Valley and surrounding mountains,
as well as the higher elevations of Polk, Rutherford, McDowell,
and Burke Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Icing may create slippery conditions on roads, bridges
and sidewalks. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning commute.
