Description:
* WHAT...Light snow and black ice. Additional snow accumulations up
to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Black ice will
develop on roadways overnight.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest North Carolina and
south central Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
Very cold temperatures combined with power outages may cause
difficulties concerning heating.
High profile vehicles may have difficulty driving in gusty winds on
icy roads.
