* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Black ice will develop on roadways overnight. * WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages. Very cold temperatures combined with power outages may cause difficulties concerning heating.
