Description:
* WHAT...Light snow and black ice. Additional snow accumulations
less than one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Black ice
will develop on roadways overnight.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest North Carolina, central, south
central, southwest, and west central Virginia, and southeast West
Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

Run generators outside and in a well-ventilated area.
