* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3
and 6 inches within the most persistent snow bands. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph could cause blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, and Southern Cayuga Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest snowfall totals expected in higher
elevations of Onondaga, western Madison and eastern Southern
Cayuga counties.
