* WHAT...Black ice and ice falling from trees. Winds gusting as high
as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest North Carolina and
central, south central, southwest, and west central Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, and
sidewalks will likely be slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery
road conditions.
Cold temperatures combined with power outages may cause difficulties
concerning heating.
High profile vehicles may have difficulty driving in gusty winds on
icy roads.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

Run generators outside and in a well-ventilated area.
