* WHAT...Light snow and black ice. Additional snow accumulations
less than one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest and west
central Virginia, and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, may be be
slick and hazardous.
Very cold temperatures combined with power outages may cause
difficulties concerning heating.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

Run generators outside and in a well-ventilated area.
