* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will create areas of
blowing snow.
* WHERE...Broome, Chenango, Seneca, and Tioga Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest snow accumulations are expected
across the northern portions of these counties.
