* WHAT...Snow. New snow accumulations today through Thursday morning between 3 and 5 inches, with over 6 inches possible on the ridges and west facing slopes, mainly to the west of Route 219. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will create significant blowing and drifting of the fluffy snow. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
