A band of snow will likely affect Forest County in addition to gradual snow accumulations over the next 48 hours in the higher terrain with lake influence. * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 mph. The highest snow totals and winds are expected in higher elevations. * WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
