Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches in the most persistent lake effect bands. * WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is expected to be heaviest tonight into Wednesday. Snowfall rates may exceed 1 inch per hour at times.
