Description: 
A narrow band of snow is expected to affect portions of Forest and Venango Counties in addition to gradual snow accumulations over the next 36 hours in the higher terrain. * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 to 5 inches with localized total amounts of 6 inches possible in the highest elevations of Eastern Tucker County. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph resulting in wind chills as low as 10 below zero Wednesday night and Thursday morning in the higher elevations. * WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Cold temperatures cold result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A narrow lake effect snow band is expected to impact Forest County. Highest accumulations will be localized to areas that remain under the band for the longest period of time.
