In West Virginia, Western Pendleton County. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions on I-68 and US-40 west of La Vale, US-50 west of New Creek, US-33 west of Franklin, WV, and US-250 west of Hightown, VA. The hazardous conditions could impact travel especially during the early morning and overnight hours. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.
