* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch,
except localized amounts of 1 to 3 inches across the high peaks of
the Southwest Mountains.
* WHERE...Eastern Lincoln County, San Agustin Plains and Adjacent
Lowlands, Chaves County Plains, Southwest Chaves County, San
Francisco River Valley, and Southwest Mountains.
* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to noon MST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values in the single digits and
teens through mid day could result in hypothermia if precautions
are not taken.
