Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
