less than one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an
inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana and
northeast Texas.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
