* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to two inches with locally 3 inches. A light glaze of ice is also
possible with any freezing rain.
* WHERE...All of the South Plains, Rolling Plains and the far
southern Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...From 12 AM Thursday until 12 AM Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
