Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations up to three inches
in the mountains and up to an inch across the southeast New Mexico
plains. A glaze of ice across Big Bend and areas south of the
Davis Mountains.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest Texas.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
