Description:
* WHAT...Snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations up to two
inches, mainly over the higher hills. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph causing blowing snow and reduced visibility.
* WHERE...Southern Big Horn, Carter, Fallon, Powder River, and
Southern Rosebud.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
