Description:
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 1 to 4 inches.
Winds gusting 30 to 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and northwest Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill values of 0 to 15 below zero
are expected through this morning. If venturing outdoors, add
layers and avoid any exposed skin.

driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

will keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia. Gloves, a scarf, and a
hat will keep you from losing your body heat.
