Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill values of 0 to 15 below zero are expected through this morning. If venturing outdoors, add layers and avoid any exposed skin.
