Description:
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Wind
chills in the negative single digits early this morning.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Cold temperatures
cold result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
conditions can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
