gusting as high as 50 mph causing areas of blowing snow.
* WHERE...Northern Foothills and Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
