* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of Texas. * WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Enhanced snow amounts along I-40 and Highway 60 south of the Canadian River Valley could manage to pick up 5 inches. The timing of the heaviest snow along this corridor looks to be between noon and 3pm. The northeast Panhandles look to have the heaviest snow between 3pm and 9pm.
